Attention! Delivery of goods may be delayed

Owing to severe weather conditions and traffic restrictions in Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, today, April 11, delivery may be delayed in these regions. The estimated parcel delivery time is today, April 11, 2025, until 8:00 pm.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery of your shipments and will inform you about their arrival at the branch via SMS. If you have ordered addressed delivery, expect a call from a Nova Post courier.

• Because of poor weather, delivery of shipments to Odesa and Mykolaiv regions will be delayed until tomorrow, April 12.

As of 5:00 pm, the roads in Mykolaiv region are locked as special equipment clears them of snow and ice.

Meanwhile, the shipments to Dnipropetrovsk region, which also suffered from blizzards, have already been delivered.
