Nova Post has the most extensive network in Ukraine
We are expanding our infrastructure and investing in automated sorting facilities and depots to ensure timely and reliable deliveries for our customers. The company has 110 terminals and depots across the country, with the six largest innovative terminals located in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Lviv, Dnipro, Odesa, and Zaporizhzhia. These terminals can process between 20 and 50 thousand parcels per hour.

Nova Post in Europe: global expansion
In the midst of the full-scale war, Nova Post began actively expanding into EU markets to keep Ukrainians abroad in touch with their families and provide them with the same reliable and convenient delivery services they are used to at home. The company has consolidated its foreign branches under the Nova Post brand. As of April 2025, 135 Nova Post branches have been opened in Europe.

We entered the Moldovan market in 2014
Today, the company leads the Moldovan express delivery market among private companies, offering next-day delivery anywhere in the country. Nova Post in Moldova operates 33 branches and 261 parcel lockers. In 2024, the company delivered 3.8 million parcels and cargoes, tripling the previous year's total.

Nova Post entered the Polish market in October 2022
The company has already opened 50 branches in 31 Polish cities, as well as two sorting terminals in Warsaw and near Rzeszow ( Głogów Małopolski).

Nova Post expanded to Lithuania in March 2023
The first branch was opened in Vilnius, followed by the second branch in May of the same year ( in Kaunas).

Czechia became the fourth EU country to welcome Nova Post branches
During the first half of June 2023, 2 branches were opened in Prague. Today, the company has 10 branches in Czechia.

Further openings took place in Romania and Germany
One branch was opened in Bucharest and two others in Berlin. As of April 2025, there are already 19 Nova Post branches in Germany.
In 2023, Nova Post also opened branches in Slovakia, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, and Italy
In total, Nova Post expanded into 9 European countries, increasing its network by 35,000 service points across Europe, with 87 of these being Nova Post's own branches.
Openings 2024
In 2024, Nova Post further expanded its international presence by opening branches in the UK, Spain, and France. Moreover, the company tested a new model and started operating without own branches in the markets of Austria and the Netherlands. These countries offer courier delivery services to any address. Currently, the company's network in Europe includes over 87,000 service points, with 135 of these being Nova Post's own branches.

Nova Global develops global delivery logistics solutions that help Ukrainians and businesses deliver goods and parcels around the world. The company partners with major global marketplaces, including Vinted, eBay, Stock X, Depop, Etsy, Amazon, Rubylan, and Artpal, enabling entrepreneurs to sell their products and grow their presence in international markets. The company's single global API platform facilitates seamless business expansion into any country.

It allows Ukrainians to buy clothes, beauty products, care products, and other goods from online shops in Europe and the US without having them shipped directly to Ukraine. These items can be shipped to a Nova Post branch, parcel lockers, or directly to the address. Since its inception, Nova Global has delivered 398 million parcels worldwide.

Supernova Airlines – fast delivery from anywhere in the world
In 2021, Nova Post founded Supernova Airlines to ensure fast and accurate delivery of international parcels to its customers. In May 2013, the company launched commercial flights in Europe between Riga and Rzeszow. In 2024, Supernova Airlines leased a Boeing 737-800 freighter, obtained flight permits in Europe, and began operating commercial flights. In 2025, the company expects to obtain a flight permit to the United States and make its first transcontinental flight.

NovaPay is a leader among non-bank financial institutions in Ukraine
Founded in 2012 as a non-bank financial institution to handle financial transactions for Nova Post, NovaPay has since evolved into a comprehensive financial services company. The company is not only responsible for payment transactions at Nova Post, but also for sending remittances in Ukraine and abroad, accepting utility bills and other payments, and internet acquiring for businesses. Through the NovaPay mobile app, users can open a payment card, make payments anywhere, finance their parcels, or arrange them on credit.

NovaPay is a member of international payment systems
In 2021, NovaPay was the first private non-bank financial institution to become a full member of Visa and MasterCard international payment systems (IPS). The company holds a Certificate of Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
This confirms that users' banking data is securely protected when making payments through the NovaPay system.
NovaPay issues its corporate bonds and has already issued UAH 1 billion worth of them in April 2025. Anyone can purchase them via the NovaPay mobile application. So far, 2,000 Ukrainians have already done so.
