Terms of service

The amount of online payment may not exceed UAH 29,999 per transaction and for all transactions during the day.

Online payment can be automatically canceled (refunded) if:

1
The delivery cost has changed due to amendments to the express waybill: weight, dimensions, cost of shipment, or address or method of delivery;
2
The sender has included additional services or made changes to them;
3
The service payer has changed: from the sender to the recipient, a third party, or vice versa.

If the payment is automatically canceled, the cost of services must be paid again.
