Once the shipment is sent, you can change the information entered in the EW during the shipment processing.

It is impossible to change the data in the EW if:
- 1The recipient has received the shipment.
- 2The data is attempted to be modified when the shipment is passed to the courier to be delivered to the Recipient's address.
- 3You can collect the parcel at the parcel locker within 5 days. Then, it will be moved to the nearest branch, and the recipient will be notified thereof via SMS or the app.
